Westerville, Ohio -- West-Camp Press, Inc. today announced that it will acquire Central Ohio Graphics, Inc., becoming one of the largest print communications companies in Ohio. Now with over 100 employees working out of three facilities and 100,000 square feet of manufacturing, West-Camp Press is better positioned to serve its customers by adding traditional direct mail along with data & campaign management.
This acquisition complements West-Camp's recent expansion efforts of transforming traditional offset and digital printing operations to become the area's largest digital display graphics provider serving retail clients with over $1.5 million dollars of capital investments. In addition, West-Camp has added a second Westerville location supporting its growing web development operation. Central Ohio Graphics has rapidly become a leading marketing service provider with a variety of solutions for direct campaign management. The merged operation will offer clients the most extensive print and marketing solutions in the region.

The combined company of West-Camp Press, formed in 1961, and Central Ohio Graphics, established in 1968, will bring nearly 100 years of experience to the market, making West-Camp Press the industry leader in cross-platform communications and marketing in Ohio.
Suzanne Hilleary, Central Ohio Graphics CEO for the past 30 years, transformed the company into a direct mail and digital printing leader in Columbus. She has been an industry advocate, receiving numerous awards for her entrepreneurship and serving as a board member of the Printing Industry of Ohio. Suzanne will retire and reside in Henderson, Nevada.
Chip Hilleary, President of Central Ohio Graphics, Inc., will be joining the West-Camp Press executive management team of CEO Ed Evans, President Dave Marsh and CFO Rob Morris, as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
